Discover the perfect getaway in our beautifully modernised chapel conversion! The ground floor features a spacious sitting room with leather sofas and a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen/dining area with double doors leading to a decked area & garden; a convenient utility room and a double bedroom with garden views. Upstairs, find a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a second bedroom with a flexible super-king bed option. Outside, enjoy a fully enclosed Mediterranean style garden with a decked area, fire pit, hot tub, and an infrared sauna. Plus, indulge your musical side in the music room featuring a baby grand piano and hi-fi equipment. With parking for three cars, this is the ideal retreat for couples, families, and friends!
For those with limited mobility our ground floor features low thresholds, wide doorways, downstairs bedroom & bathroom plus easy access to our decking and music room for optimum convenience and comfort.
Staying in this modern and stylish holiday rental, you are located in the peaceful village of Pentney, Norfolk, UK. Situated roughly mid way between the historic port town of King’s Lynn and the charming market town of Swaffham, it’s a great spot to explore from. Nearby is Pentney Lakes, where you can enjoy activities like water skiing, windsurfing, and kayaking. Nature lovers will appreciate the lakeside walks with various bird species and flora & fauna.
Nearest shop is over the A47 on Norfolk Woods Resort, Gayton Road, Pentney, King’s Lynn PE32 which a very small convenience store. It is generally open Mon-Sat 8am to 7pm, but, hey! this is Norfolk time we are talking about here and times may change!
For more in extensive shopping, to the west we are less than 20 mins from the Hardwick Retail Park in Kings Lynn, where you will find Next, PC World, Pizza Hut, Tesco, Sainsbury, MacDonalds, KFC, Costa, Hobbycraft and many more. To the east, Swaffham is less than 15 minutes, with Asda, Tesco, Waitrose and a great Saturday morning Market.

To the right of the house are two key safes. You will be sent the details for which safe and the code a day or two before your scheduled arrival date.
We don’t feel that this a suitable place for more than two dogs but you are welcome to give us a call on 07768897915 if you would like to discuss this.
Our changeover process for the hot tub includes a hot water fill so it should generally be good to use from 6pm onwards, sometimes sooner. You can find more information in our Hot Tub User file below.
The guidance and agreement form are below. Please download and return minimum 3 days before your arrival.
If you are unable to complete the agreement form please let us know as we can send a MS Word file instead. If this is still possible to complete, please make sure that you send us confirmation that you have read the documents and your agreement to them by email to info@theoldchapelpentney.co.uk a minimum 3 days before your arrival.
If you have booked the music room, then please do play it. We just love to see photos & videos or hear recordings of guests playing the piano, the ukelele and any instruments you bring with you.
